Our team is always happy to speak to you on the phone or respond to emails with any questions you might have about design, deliveries and returns.
Delivery times
Boxable will always despatch items as quickly as possible, we use an overnight courier to get your order to you with minimal delays.
- Our Standard production time is up to 10 days with a next working day delivery service.
- We also offer an express 5-day service for any urgent jobs, this also comes with next working day delivery - The price is reflected on the total box cost in the checkout once selected.
Delivery regions
Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland.
If you are ordering from Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man these will have an £8.00 surcharge from the courier we use, this will reflect in the checkout price.
Returns & other queries
If you notice your order is damaged when it is delivered, refuse to accept the delivery. The couriers will inform us that you have refused delivery, and we will follow this up accordingly and rectify any issues.
If you only notice damages after the driver has departed and you have unpacked your order, advise us immediately by calling 01634 561 372. We can usually help you more quickly if you can email us a digital photograph clearly showing the damage.
The driver should leave you a card telling you he has tried to deliver. Call the number on that card or visit online to rearrange a better time.
We use DHL as our main courier for smaller shipments, for anything larger e.g. full pallets this may differ.
To avoid any potential issues with your order, we suggest reaching out to our team directly if you have any uncertainties regarding the type of boxes you need.
